Post Adoption Support

We provide specialist support for children and young people after adoption, recognising that funding and services often reduce significantly once the adoption process is complete. Our team is trauma-informed and creates a safe, nurturing environment where young people can feel secure and understood.

Through connecting and working in partnership with our gentle donkeys, forest school activities, and time spent in nature, we offer a calm outdoor space where children can navigate life's ups and downs in a healthy way alongside supportive staff. 

Continued support after adoption is vital, and our work is rooted in both professional experience and lived experience — as an adopter myself, I understand first-hand the importance of ongoing care, connection, and community for adopted children and their families.
