Workshops

Through our “Wellbeing” or “Elders in the Woods” programmes, our charity offers workshops that bring people together who share similar life experiences, including grief, dementia, and loneliness.

Participants are welcomed into a gentle, supportive environment where connection, understanding, and wellbeing are at the heart of what we do. Our workshops include time with our donkeys and sheep, nature-based activities, and trauma-informed art therapy, all set within our natural surroundings of woodland, a flowing stream, and abundant wildlife.

Being immersed in nature helps awaken the senses, encouraging people to slow down, be present in the moment, and enjoy a calming change of scenery. Spending time together in this peaceful outdoor setting creates opportunities for connection, helping participants feel less alone and fostering a sense of belonging and shared experience.
